Mr Drew Reveals Why He Parted Ways With His Former Manager, Mr Philip Nelson (Jeezy)

Mr. Drew, popular Ghanaian musician and dancer, recently announced that he has successfully secured a new management team following his separation from his previous manager Mr. Philip Nelson earlier this year.

During a recent interview with Ameyaw TV's "One on One," the popular artist behind the song "Dw3" revealed that the decision to end his professional relationship with his previous manager, Mr. Philip Nelson, also known as Jeezy in the entertainment industry, was driven by his desire to progress and embrace new opportunities.

“I think that we both agreed that we needed to move our separate ways plus they were working for me so it wasn’t really, there wasn’t any issue, i was like okay we have reached this point, I feel like I need to move on.

He continued: “Everybody is looking for progress, growth and so if you feel like you need to go for growth at a certain level, go for it, don’t let anything hold you down”, he said while revealing that their parting was amicable. 

Mr. Drew has recently joined a new management team, but he has not yet made it public or officially announced it.

“I have a new management now but I haven’t outdoored yet, in due time, we will do that”, he told host Zeinat.
