Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has revealed that the government has entered an agreement with the tech giant, Google, to incorporate Ghana’s GPS address system in its mapping system.
According to Dr Bawumia, the agreement was reached after Google certified Ghana’s addressing system.
He made the disclosure at the opening of the YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Accra.
Addressing the youth, the Vice President opined that the government is using technology to solve many of the challenges facing the country.
