Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has revealed that the government has entered an agreement with the tech giant, Google, to incorporate Ghana’s GPS address system in its mapping system. ⁠

According to Dr Bawumia, the agreement was reached after Google certified Ghana’s addressing system.⁠
⁠
He made the disclosure at the opening of the YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Accra.⁠
⁠
Addressing the youth, the Vice President opined that the government is using technology to solve many of the challenges facing the country.⁠
