Trotro mate and passenger trade blows over increment in fares [Video]

A passenger and a conductor (Mate) have been captured in a video exchanging kicks and blows after fares shot up 

In Ghana, the rate at which commercial bus drivers and their conductors fight with passengers is rising, as no one seems to be doing anything about it.

Such is the case of a bus conductor popularly known as Mate, spotted fighting with one of his pαssengers.

The bone of contention is the passenger's balance after he boarded the vehicle.

The passenger disagreed that the fare from Lapaz to Madina had been increased from GH¢7 to GH¢11 within days.

Apparently, the pαssenger had refused to pay the new fare and the mate had also insisted on receiving the exact amount from him.

When they failed to find an amicable solution to the problem, tempers flared which ultimately resulted in the exchange of blows
